St. Michael Indian School strives to offer affordable tuition for families. Working together with many scholarship organizations and benefactors, attending SMIS is a reality for students who may not otherwise be able to attend our school and obtain a Catholic college preparatory education.

Over 98% of students participate in one or more types of financial assistance. SMIS is currently the least expensive Catholic middle and high school tuition in the state of Arizona. In Arizona, the private elementary school average tuition cost is $10,196 per year and the private high school average is $14,321 per year. Our goal is to provide an affordable and quality education to families seeking the best education opportunities for their student.

FINANCIAL AID

Each school year, over $500,000 in scholarships and financial aid is awarded to students from organizations that St. Michael partners with. There are numerous opportunities available for Arizona resident families to apply with various school choice options like Universal ESA in Arizona and Support Tuition Organizations. New Mexico families have different opportunities available.
